Agreement

By using Utilities in any way, you agree to these Terms. Use the bot responsibly, do not abuse the bot or participate in any illegal activities.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and be following Discord's Terms of Service. You confirm you meet the requirements by using Utilities.

Usage

You agree not to:

• Use Utilities to harass or harm others.
• Use Utilities in violation of ANY Discord policies or the law.
• Use Utilities to facilitate fraud, illegal activities, or scams.
• Recreating a clone for any personal or business use.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit or abuse rate limitations/bugs.
• Attempting to gain access to private and sensitive information of another server or user.
• Storing any illegal content within embeds, autoresponders, or button responses. This includes but is not limited to: pornography, gore, hate speech, or any other illegal content.

You are responsible for how you and your members use the bot, any violation will result in a blacklist.

Enforcement

We are able to enforce these terms at our discretion and can restrict/blacklist any user or server with or without notice.

Premium

Utilities is free but with premium subscriptions for higher limitations and access to more commands. We reserve the right to revoke Premium access for violation of these terms without refund.

Availability

We cannot promise or guarantee uptime, we may also change, add or remove features at any time.

Liability

We have no affiliation with the servers that use the bot and will not be held responsible for what they do with it nor are we liable for any damages or data loss.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time, continued use constitutes that you agree to the updated Terms.
