Refund Policy

Introduction

Utilities is free but with premium subscriptions for higher limitations and access to more commands. By purchasing premium, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

When refunds are available

You may request a refund if:

• Premium features were not functioning as advertised due to an issue on our side.
• You are the original owner and the one who purchased the premium key.
• The purchase was unauthorized or fraudulent.
• You failed to read the product description before purchasing.
• Premium features were unavailable due to an issue on our side and unable to fix it within a reasonable timeframe.
• You were accidentally charged more than once for the same key.

When refunds are not available

• You claimed the premium key for the wrong Discord server.
• You regret your purchase and no longer want Premium.
• You lost access to the Discord server the key was claimed on.
• Premium was removed because you violated our Terms of Service or Discord's Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to deny or approve refund requests for reasons not listed here, depending on the reason or situation.

What happens after a refund

If the refund is approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Changes

We may update the Refund Policy at any time, by purchasing Premium you agree to the version of the Refund Policy at the time of purchase.
